Peace and love vol. 2
Vertigo Records continue to explore fluid chill-out vibes from all around the world and presents second compilation filled with truly peace and love sounds.
Journey starts with two tracks made by Izzumm – Russian electronic producer and multi-instrumentalist who has moved to India and spend a lot of time there learning local musical traditions and playing different instruments. Influences of Indian music enlarged his potential of artist, sound engineer and dj which he gained in motherland.
This compilation is also a quite rare chance to listen to chill and downbeat experiments made by famous psy-trance producers Transdriver, Furious and Ocelot. Other side of their talents unfolds in three fresh and previously unrealized tracks.
Well-known South-African chill-out musician Pearce van der Merwe from Flooting Grooves dazzles with enigmatic flute sounds and warm melodies in “Start again” tune.
Vertigo Records is trying to search and release music that can be described as “danceable chill-out”. Tracks, that has some beat and makes you even dance. Last three tunes of compilation is a clear example of label’s tendencies: Australians Hypnagog and Mental Extentions as well as Russian RED and well known Timooon gives a new, fresh sound with live instruments and funky beat.

Vertigo Records is announcing plans for 2009:
January 23 – official release of wanted album, maybe the best project of Russian psychedelic genre for today – DELIRIOUS NOON!

April, May 2009 – compilation release of morning psy-rhythm (and no blues!) – CULTURE VULTURE, where you can hear tracks form OCELOT, WHOOP, BRAINCELL(first time on Vertigo Records) and also the new label’s project – HEDONIX from Australia .

July, September 2009 – compilation release of morning psy-rhytms for those who is still on their feet, who wants and need – HIPPIE BUS where you will hear the best tracks of modern time from DELIRIOUS NOON; also our big friend and talented musician with the coolest tracks – TERRAFRACTYL (Australia)… the names of other compilation members are in top secret!!!

Year 2009 – album release from already known artist by tracks on Omnipresence and future Hippie Bus – TERRAFRACTYL! Yes! He agreed to write an album specially for Vertigo Records. We rock’n’roll!!!

What is hidden from casual perception, nevertheless can bring absolutely boundless impression for the open minds. With its last VA (25th Frame) Vertigo Records presents innovative and at the same time high quality sound of Mindcartoonmakers from Australia - Hired Goonz aka Neuron Compost, Reality Pixie;Macedonia - Yudhisthira; Norway - Trold; and Russia - Delirious Noon, Cadans. Certainly the shown conceptions have their unique spirit, original presentation and the sound brought to perfection which would be pleasant for the deepest undeground auditory and either for people who appreciate sound quality besides the idea. The abundance of broken rythms, loads of samples from the preferable psystories are waiting for its listeners in the lovely proportion between Joy and something much more deeper incredible that cannot be seen by usual sight, something that is shown by th 25th Frame.

Two friendly labels - Deja-Vu Records and Vertigo Records - were united in aspiration to give you the best from the world of modern electronic music. And the name of the new label is Indigo Records. In a few months we shall release a couple of VAs from Indigo Records: VA - Peace and Love (beautiful slow music from projects: Ocelot, Furious, Luomahappu... ) and VA - Namaste from Russia II (on this compilation you will find "the true Russian style" music: Furious, Fungus Funk, Psykovsky, Abnormal Project, Deja-vu Fabrique...)

In January 2007 Dj Tony Lizard has left Vertigo records. He took part in developing the label and cooperated since 2005 till the middle of 2006. Nowadays Tony is separated from Vertigo and Indigo labels and takes no part in their activities.

Also we apologize for the Tony's mistake, who had released non-mastered Neuron Compost track on "Liquid Quit" compilation. We are really sorry, guys, these terrible mistake had happened.

In a couple of days you'll be able to download fully mastered version of this track. Link will be posted here...
